Strawberry Angel Food Cake
1 angel food cake
2 quarts of fresh strawberries
2 lg. boxes of strawberry jello
1 16 oz. container of cool-whip
Bring 5 cups of water to a boil, add jello and prepare normally. Let set until almost stiff, add 1 ½ quart of strawberries. Break cake into piece and place on the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Layer jello/strawberry mixture and cool whip Layer with additional pieces of angel food cake, jello/strawberry mixture and end with cool whip on top. You can garnish with remaining strawberries on top of the cool whip to make it look hot!
