Jen's Skinnier Chicken Pot Pie

A SKINNIER CHICKEN POT PIE

10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken breast
1 can condensed, reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup low-fat biscuit mix with ½ cup milk

In a pie pan, combine vegetables, chicken, mushroom soup.
In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk.
Pour biscuit mix on top of the filling in the pan.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
