Stromboli

Let a frozen bread dough thaw and rise to double its size. Roll it out to about the size of a cookie sheet. Fill the middle with whatever you want. Fold the ends and sides over and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40min. Let stand for 10min. Then enjoy!

Here are some samples of fillings that we use:

Italian: Deli sliced ham, shredded montery jack cheese, ½ t Italian Seasoning (sprinkle over cheese), deli sliced salami, sliced provolone cheese.

Meatball: Heat frozen meatballs in marinara sauce until heated through. Place meatballs on dough and cover with mozzarella and provolone cheese.

Chicken Fajita: Cook diced chicken according to Fajita Seasoning package. Place chicken on dough with sliced peppers and onions. Cover with Mexican cheese.

You can create whatever kind of stromboli you want. Basically you put the prepared ingredients in the dough, wrap it up and heat until the dough is done.
