Low Fat Pumpkin Cake (great in the Fall)
Yellow Cake Mix
½ cup water
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 15-16 oz can of pumpkin
1. Mix all ingredients together with a mixer.
2. Place in a 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
3. Top with cool whip.
**Really good when served warm**
