Jen's Chocolate Lush

1 1/4 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Margarine
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. Cream Cheese
5 Cups Milk
4 Small packages of Chocolate Instant Pudding

Blend well— Flour, Margarine and Nuts (save some nuts for top)
Spread into 9 x 12 pan - Bake 350 for 30 minutes
While cooling, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar (use mixer on
Blend or fold in half of cool whip. Spread over cool crust.
Beat instant pudding and milk until thickened (2 minutes)
Spread pudding on top of last layer
Spread rest of Cool whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts — Cool
