Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
1 lemon cake mix
1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 large eggs
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Combine in large bowl beat on medium speed. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into three 8.75x4.5x2.5 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
Combine 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice and brush over loaves when removed from the oven.
