2 (8 oz. each) Cream cheese
2/3 Cups Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla
1. Beat Cream Cheese, adding 1 egg at a time
2. Beat in Sugar and Vanilla.
3. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
**(If using a glass pie pan, it will only take 40 minutes)
4. Let Stand 20 minutes.
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 tablespoons Sugar
1. Mix together and pour on top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
** Great as is or add cherry pie filling to top when served.
